This propane griddle from Alfresco is a freestanding flat-top built for outdoor cooking. Its body is welded from 304 stainless steel with polished accents, and the cooking surface is a thick steel plate offering roughly 500 square inches of room. A dual-zone thermostatic setup lets you run two different temperatures side by side, and a push-button ignition with nickel-plated knobs makes it straightforward to start up.

It suits those who cook for groups or want to prepare several foods at different heat levels on one unit. Before buying, confirm that a 30-inch width fits your outdoor space and that you have a propane supply, since this model runs on LP. The output of up to 55,000 BTUs is worth considering alongside your typical cooking needs.
