Our take on the Encore 54" Freestanding Hybrid Grill - Propane

The American Made Grills Encore 54" is a freestanding propane grill that can also run on charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal, wood chunks, or hardwood pellets, thanks to a multi-fuel tray system. It delivers 176,000 BTUs of heat and is built from 304 stainless steel, including the burners, cooking grates, and double-lined hood. Blue lighting above each control knob makes it easier to see your settings after dark.

This grill suits cooks who want to switch between gas and solid fuels and who have room for a large, freestanding unit. Before buying, note that pellets can be used but there is no hopper or auger, so you will need to load them manually. Confirm that the 54-inch footprint fits your outdoor space.
