Our take on the 4 Gallon Stainless Steel Propane Gas Fryer With Two Stainless Steel Baskets 700-701
This outdoor propane fryer holds 4 gallons and is built entirely from stainless steel. It includes two stainless baskets with cool-touch handles and a temperature gauge. Its V-bottom keeps oil at the base cooler than the frying temperature, so batter is less likely to burn and the oil stays cleaner and lasts longer. A drain valve lets you empty it without getting oil on your hands.
It suits people who want a patio fryer and already cook with propane. Check that you have a tank, since the braided hose and 10 PSI preset regulator are for connecting to one, and consider whether four gallons fits your usual batch sizes.
