Blackstone Products Blackstone 28-in Drop-In Propane Griddle w/ Hood - 6332

Our take on the Blackstone 28-in Drop-In Propane Griddle w/ Hood

This is a 28-inch propane drop-in griddle from Blackstone that comes with a hood, designed to sit flush in a built-in outdoor kitchen. Its knobs have LED lights that show when the burners are igniting and whether flame is present, and the underside has puddle lighting with a dimmer for setting the mood after dark. The grease system is a standout: a patented rear grease cup can be reached from the front, which keeps cleanup simpler.

This model suits anyone building an outdoor cooking area who wants a griddle as the centerpiece, though it works just as well as a standalone countertop unit. Before buying, confirm that your cutout matches the 28-inch footprint and that you have a propane fuel source, since the product is set up for that fuel type.
