Our take on the Regal Q 490 Pro IR Natural Gas Grill

The Broil King Regal Q 490 Pro IR is a freestanding natural gas grill built for smoking, roasting, rotisserie cooking and direct grilling, with iQue technology aimed at giving you steady, precise control. It offers 500 square inches of total cooking space, including a stainless steel warming rack, and its solid 9mm stainless steel grids sit above four stainless steel Dual-Tube burners. Other highlights include a stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel side shelves, illuminated control knobs, and an enclosed cabinet base. A separate infrared side burner with a solid 9mm stainless steel grid and aluminum body adds another cooking option.

This grill suits someone who wants a versatile, well-equipped setup for a backyard or patio and who plans to run it on natural gas. Confirm that your home has a natural gas connection, since this model is not set up for propane. Also measure the space you have available, as the cabinet base and side shelves give it a substantial footprint.
