Crown Verity 48" Mobile Propane Gas Griddle - CV-MG-48

Our take on the 48" Mobile Propane Gas Griddle

The Crown Verity CV-MG-48 is a 48-inch mobile griddle that runs on propane. It is meant for cooking large amounts of food quickly, and it can be converted into a charbroiler, so one unit can handle two styles of cooking. The cooking surface is made from 5/16-inch cold rolled steel, with stainless steel splash guards around it and a removable stainless steel grease tray for managing drippings.

This model looks like a fit for anyone who needs to turn out food in volume, such as caterers or people hosting big outdoor gatherings. Before buying, confirm that propane is the fuel you plan to use and that a 48-inch unit suits your available space. Since the conversion to a charbroiler is mentioned, it is also worth checking with the manufacturer what that process involves and what parts it requires.
