Crown Verity 48-in Mobile Propane Grill Dome Package - CV-MCB-48RDP-LP

Our take on the 48-in Mobile Propane Grill Dome Package

This is a freestanding propane grill from Crown Verity, sized at 48 inches and designed to be moved around. It can be fitted with a heavy-duty rotisserie, which suits larger cuts such as a whole suckling pig, while leaving room for extra food on the cooking grid at the same time. Optional add-ons include a flat griddle, steam pans and an upper shelf to widen the range of dishes you can serve.

This model is aimed at golf clubs, caterers, social clubs and rental or outdoor event businesses, though it will also appeal to home cooks who want to take rotisserie cooking seriously. Before buying, check that the 48-inch footprint and the propane fuel type match the space and setup you have in mind, and confirm which of the optional accessories you want included.
