This 2-cooking zone Plancha is designed for outdoor use, constructed with Marine Grade Stainless Steel. The multi-layer cast enameled plate provides 330 square inches of even, high heat (680F) non-stick cooking surface that is easy to clean. The Enameled plate comes with a lifetime warranty.
