Evo Affinity 30G Built-In Flattop Propane Gas Grill - 10-0055-LP-S

Our take on the Affinity 30G Built-In Flattop Propane Gas Grill

This is a built-in propane flattop with a round 30-inch oil-seasoned steel cooking surface split into two independently controlled zones, letting you run a hot sear on one side while keeping the other gentler. Its dual stainless steel burners offer plenty of output, and the included stainless steel lid with an adjustable vent turns the griddle into an outdoor oven for roasting, smoking and steaming. The 304 stainless steel build and removable front spillover trays make it straightforward to keep clean.

It will appeal most to anyone building a custom outdoor kitchen who wants a social, restaurant-style cooking station that drops into a countertop. Before buying, confirm that your countertop cutout suits a 30-inch drop-in cooktop and that you have a propane setup, since this model runs on propane.
