About the Arc XL Propane Pizza Oven in Off Black w/ Stand & Peel
Countertop Pizza Ovens. Cover the essentials for backyard pizza with this Gozney Arc XL Propane Pizza Oven Essentials Bundle in Off Black. The Arc XL uses a lateral rolling flame to recreate the heat of a wood-fired oven in a compact countertop design, baking 16-inch pizzas on a removable 20mm stone floor backed by 2-layer insulation.
Pairing it with the Arc Stand gives the oven a mobile base with four locking castor wheels, adjustable acacia wood wings for prep, and a steel shelf for the propane tank. The large Balance Placement Peel has a flat-nosed perforated aluminum blade and beech wood handle for steady launches, so you can go from unboxing to your first pie with the key pieces in hand.
