Its thick cast aluminum housing is built to resist rust and has room for large cuts of meat, and the handle rolls to make lifting the hood easier. Two reversible cooking grids provide 433 1/2 square inches of space: one side is wide-ribbed for sear marks, while the smooth side suits fish, vegetables and breakfast foods. This model suits someone who wants a sizable grill with mobility and a range of cooking surfaces. Check that you have a natural gas supply, since this is the fuel type it runs on, and keep in mind that some assembly is required before first use.
