Oklahoma Joe's Highland Offset Reverse Flow Smoker/Grill - 24203003

Our take on the Highland Offset Reverse Flow Smoker/Grill

This offset smoker from Oklahoma Joe's uses a reverse-flow design, which is meant to give slow-cooked food a deep, smoky character while keeping temperatures steady across the cooking chamber. It has an additional cooking grate, pivoting cool-touch handles for safer handling, and an easy-access ash pan that makes cleanup simpler. Convenience touches include tool hooks, a staging shelf for resting or holding food, a charcoal basket, and rubber-treaded wheels for moving it around.

It is a fit for anyone who enjoys low-and-slow barbecue on brisket, pork butt, or ribs and wants a charcoal-fired setup built around smoke flavor. Before buying, consider how much cooking space you need and whether you have room for a unit with wheels and a side firebox, since those features shape how it sits in your backyard.
