Rocket Outdoors Small Sonic Rocket Kamado Grill - SMSONIC

Our take on the Small Sonic Rocket Kamado Grill

The Small Sonic Rocket from Rocket Outdoors is a compact kamado-style grill with an aluminum build and a black powder-coated finish. It offers an 11 by 18 inch cooking surface, roughly 199 square inches, packed into a footprint designed to deliver the same grilling experience as the brand's larger units. Its double-wall construction uses ceramic thermal blanket insulation, and the firebox is lined with firebrick to help hold heat.

This grill is aimed at shoppers who want a kamado's cooking performance in a smaller, easier-to-place package, such as someone outfitting a weekend cottage or a space with limited room. Before buying, consider whether 199 square inches of cooking area fits how many people you typically cook for, and confirm the overall dimensions against the spot you have in mind.
