Our take on the 42 Inch Stainless Steel Liquid Propane Gas Built-In Grill
The Vintage VBQ42G-L is a 42 inch built-in grill head made of stainless steel and designed to run on liquid propane. Its rotisserie system uses 12,500 BTU infrared burners mounted flush, along with a heavy-duty stainless steel spit and tines driven by an electric motor, so the meat turns without attention. A separate smoking system adds a 4,500 BTU smoker burner and a drawer that slides out from the control panel, which means wood chips can be topped up without lifting the grates.
This model suits someone planning an outdoor kitchen who wants rotisserie cooking and smoking built into one unit. Before buying, confirm that the 42 inch width fits your island or cutout, and note that it is set up for liquid propane rather than natural gas. Since it is a built-in head, check what installation it will need and whether you have a power source nearby for the rotisserie motor.
