Weber Summit FS38 S Propane Gas Grill - Stainless Steel - 1500028

Our take on the Summit FS38 S Propane Gas Grill - Stainless Steel

The Weber Summit FS38 S is a freestanding propane gas grill built around a top-down infrared broiler that sears food from above for an even, caramelized crust. It also includes a stainless-steel smoker box that can be lit for a low-and-slow smoky flavor, plus an integrated rotisserie for a change from everyday grilling. Its WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates and frame kit are designed to accept custom-fit accessories, so the grill can be adapted for griddling, pizza, wok cooking and more, though those accessories are sold separately.

This model suits shoppers who want a stand-alone grill with several cooking methods and who plan to entertain or try techniques beyond basic burgers and hot dogs. Because it runs on propane, you will want to confirm that a propane supply works for your setup. Before buying, check that the footprint fits your patio or deck, and if you plan to add griddle, pizza or wok accessories, look up which grillware is compatible with this grate and frame system.
