Weber Slate 36-in Rust-Resistant Propane Griddle - Black - 1502036

Our take on the Slate 36-in Rust-Resistant Propane Griddle - Black

The Weber Slate 36-inch propane griddle is a freestanding flat-top built around a pre-seasoned carbon-steel cooktop, so it is ready for smashed burgers, fajitas and stir-fries from the first cook. Its four independently controlled burners let you run different heat zones side by side, with gentle warmth for pancakes and a hotter section for bacon. Wind guards help keep the flame steady, and the cooking surface is designed to heat quickly and evenly. Metal spatulas can be used without worry, since the surface is free of coatings, and accessories can be attached to the side rails for keeping tools close at hand. A side table folds down when the griddle is not in use.

This model suits anyone who wants a wide, multi-zone flat-top for cooking a range of foods outdoors, particularly households that cook for groups. Before buying, check that a propane fuel setup matches your space and that the 36-inch footprint fits your patio or deck, along with room to open the side table.
