Our take on the XO PIZZA1 Countertop Wood-Fired Pizza Oven in Carbona

The XO PIZZA1 is a countertop wood-fired pizza oven built to bring an authentic Italian style of baking into the home. Its fire brick hearth is lined with double-layered ceramic insulation, which helps it hold heat well and supports strong cooking performance. The model is designed with larger get-togethers in mind, so it suits households that enjoy feeding a crowd. This version comes in a Carbona finish, a black UV-protective powder coat.

This oven will appeal most to home cooks who want a wood-fired pizza experience without building an outdoor setup, and to anyone who regularly entertains. Before buying, look at whether a countertop unit fits the space you have in mind and whether you are comfortable with the fuel and operation it requires.
