Our take on the Moderno 3 Pizze Natural Gas Pizza Oven - Anthracite Grey

The ALFA Moderno 3 Pizze is a countertop pizza oven designed for backyard use, built to fit in places where space is limited. It runs on natural gas and comes in an anthracite grey finish with a stylish look. Beyond pizza, it can handle bread, roasts, grilled meats, dishes cooked in crockery, and desserts, much like a traditional natural gas oven.

This oven will appeal to home cooks who want a compact outdoor option for a range of dishes and who prefer gas as their fuel. Before buying, confirm that you have a natural gas supply available at your chosen spot. If you would rather cook with wood, note that the oven is also offered in a wood version, and a hybrid kit is available that lets you burn wood in the gas model.
