Our take on the Classico 4 Pizze Propane Pizza Oven - Ardesia Grey

The ALFA Classico 4 Pizze is a countertop pizza oven that runs on propane, finished in a sleek ardesia grey. It is designed to turn out pizza, but it is also suited to bread, roasts, grilled meats, dishes cooked in crockery and desserts, much like a traditional oven. It is offered in a gas version as well as a wood-fired one, and an optional hybrid kit lets you burn wood inside the gas model if you prefer that flavour.

This oven suits anyone short on outdoor room, such as owners of small backyards or balconies, who still want a stylish, versatile cooking appliance. Before buying, check that you have a suitable surface for a countertop unit and a propane supply, and if you are considering the hybrid option, confirm the kit is included or purchased separately.
