Our take on the 72" Mobile Propane Grill Dome & Windguard Package

The Crown Verity 72-inch mobile propane grill comes with a dome and windguard, setting it up as a freestanding gas unit built for serious outdoor cooking. Its standout option is a heavy-duty rotisserie, which can handle large cuts such as a whole suckling pig while still leaving room on the grid for other dishes. Add-ons like a flat griddle, steam pans and an upper shelving tier let you widen the menu considerably.

This model is aimed at golf clubs, caterers, social clubs and rental or outdoor catering businesses that need to feed a crowd. If you plan to make rotisserie cooking a regular feature, it is worth confirming the layout and accessories you need before ordering, since the menu options depend on which add-ons you choose.
