Our take on the 72" Mobile Natural Gas Grill Dome & Windguard Package

This is a freestanding natural gas grill from Crown Verity, sized at 72 inches and designed to be moved around. It can be fitted with a heavy-duty rotisserie, which suits larger cuts such as a whole suckling pig, while leaving plenty of cooking grid free for other dishes. Optional accessories include a flat griddle, steam pans and an upper shelf to widen the range of food you can prepare at once.

This model is aimed at golf clubs, caterers, social clubs and rental or outdoor catering businesses, and it suits anyone who wants to get serious about rotisserie cooking. Before buying, confirm that you have a natural gas supply, since this unit runs on that fuel rather than propane. Check that the footprint and the mobile setup fit the space where you plan to use it.
