About the Professional 2 Burner Wheeled Cart Flattop Propane Grill w/ Non-Stick Ceramic Clad Coating

Griddles & Flat Top Grills. The Evo Professional Wheeled Cart Flattop Propane Gas Grill with Ceramic-Clad Cooktop puts the power of Evo's circular flattop on a mobile cart, upgraded with a premium ceramic surface for easier care. The 30-inch ceramic-clad cooking surface offers two independently controlled temperature zones from 225F to 550F, supporting a full range of direct-heat techniques - searing, sauting, stir-frying, toasting, and steaming - without requiring oil seasoning.

Dual propane burners deliver 48,000 BTUs of consistent, edge-to-edge heat, while the FDA-approved sol-gel ceramic coating provides superior non-stick performance and exceptional all-weather resistance. The wheeled cart with wide-grip handles makes this grill effortlessly portable across any patio or deck, and the stainless steel lid with adjustable vent adds roasting, smoking, and warming capability. Quick-release removable cook surface and drip pan simplify cleanup, and the stainless steel tank sleeve keeps the propane tank neatly concealed.

Ships fully assembled and includes a cook surface cleaning kit, two stainless steel spatulas, one stainless steel scraper, and an Evo color cookbook. Made in the USA.
