Our take on the Pro Series 75 30-in 2 Burner Built-In Propane Flat Top Grill w/ 6mm Plate - OML75P6 LP

This built-in propane flat top grill from Le Griddle offers a 30-inch cooking surface across two burners, with a 6mm plate made from triple-plated construction over a blend of 304 stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum. The plate has a hole for draining grease into a removable tray that can go in the dishwasher, and the backlit control knobs glow red when the valve is on and blue when it is off. Safety valves with thermocouples are fitted to shut off the gas if the flame goes out accidentally.

This grill suits outdoor cooks who want a built-in unit with a dedicated plate and clear controls. Before buying, check that the cabinet it will sit in is made of a non-combustible material or has an insulation liner, since installation depends on it. The unit runs on propane and needs a 110V supply, with a transformer included. Gas orifices for converting to another fuel are also supplied, and the lid is sold separately.
