Le Griddle Pro Series 105 42-in 3 Burner Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate - OML105P3

Our take on the Pro Series 105 42-in 3 Burner Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate

The Le Griddle Pro Series 105 is a 42-inch built-in flat top that runs on natural gas and has three burners. Its cooking surface is a triple-plated build of stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, here in a 3mm plate, aimed at even heat spread and good retention. A hole in the plate leads grease to a removable, dishwasher-safe tray. The control knobs glow red when on and blue when off, and an LED logo projection works alongside halogen lighting. Thermocouple safety valves shut off gas if the flame goes out.

This one suits backyard cooks who want a permanent outdoor cooking setup. Before buying, confirm you have natural gas available, though orifices are included for converting in the field. It needs a 110v connection, and a transformer is included. If it goes into a cabinet, the cabinet must be non-combustible or lined with insulation. The lid is sold separately.
