Weber Slate 30-in Rust-Resistant Propane Griddle - 1500014

Our take on the Slate 30-in Rust-Resistant Propane Griddle

The Weber Slate 30-inch propane griddle gives you a flat-top cooking surface with a pre-seasoned carbon-steel cooktop that is designed to resist rust with regular use. It heats quickly past 500 degrees Fahrenheit and spreads heat fairly evenly across the surface. Three independently controlled burners let you run different heat zones at once, so one side can sear while another stays gentle. Because the cooktop has no coating, you can use metal spatulas and scrapers without worry.

This model suits anyone who likes cooking fajitas, smash burgers, or stir-fries outdoors on a broad, flat surface. Check that the 30-inch footprint fits your patio or deck, and confirm that your setup runs on propane, since this is a propane unit. Accessories from the Weber Works system are sold separately if you want extra prep and storage space.

About the Slate 30-in Rust-Resistant Propane Griddle

Griddles & Flat Top Grills. Step up to a premium flat-top grilling experience with the sleek and stylish 30 inch Slate Rust-Resistant Griddle. Start sizzling fajitas, smashing burgers, and stir-frying right out of the box on the pre-seasoned carbon-steel cooktop that stays ready, not rusty, use after use.

This griddle quickly reaches over 500F and provides even heat across the surface. Wind guards prevent the burners from blowing out, and the cooktop is set low to keep the temperature steady. Three independently controlled burners allow for multi-zone heat, so you can cook different temperatures at the same time.

Made with no coatings, you can use metal tools to flip, press, and scrape without worry. Plus, with the Weber Works Prep, Cook, and Store System you can keep cooking and cleaning supplies handy, carry food and condiments from the kitchen to the griddle, convert the side table into a prep station, and stow gear in tightly sealed containers (accessories sold separately).
