Our take on the Liberty 30" Freestanding Propane Gas Double Side Burner And Griddle - BFGC-30BGD-L

The DCS Liberty 30-inch freestanding propane unit pairs two 17,000 BTU side burners with a 12,000 BTU griddle plate that has a non-stick Blanchard Ground surface, so breakfast staples like pancakes, bacon and omelets are within reach outdoors. A removable front grease trough catches drippings, and two flat stainless steel covers protect the cooking surfaces when the unit is not in use. Push-and-turn ignition makes starting each burner simple.

This setup suits anyone who wants to cook more than grilled meat outdoors and who already has or plans a propane-fueled outdoor kitchen. Before buying, check that the 30-inch footprint fits your space and that you are comfortable with propane, since the cart's right-hand drawer is designed for a propane tank. The left-hand drawer's rolling racks and large bin offer useful storage and room for ice.
