This built-in propane flat top from Le Griddle offers a 42-inch cooking surface across three burners, with a 3mm plate made from a mix of stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum meant to spread and hold heat evenly. Backlit control knobs glow red when the valve is on and blue when it is off, a lit logo projection and halogen lighting add a touch of style after dark, and a grease hole with a removable, dishwasher-safe tray keeps cleanup simpler. Safety valves with thermocouples are fitted to shut off the gas if the flame goes out unexpectedly.

This model suits anyone planning a permanent outdoor kitchen who wants a larger griddle surface. Check that it will be installed in a cabinet made of non-combustible material or with an insulation liner, and note that it needs a 110V supply, with a transformer included. Orifices for converting to a different gas type are supplied with the unit, and a lid is recommended for covering it when not in use.
