Le Griddle Pro Series 105 42-in 3 Burner Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 6mm Plate & Lid - OML105P6 - OML105P6 + OMLLID105

Our take on the Pro Series 105 42-in 3 Burner Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 6mm Plate & Lid - OML105P6

This built-in flat top grill from Le Griddle runs on natural gas and spans 42 inches across three burners. Its cooking surface is a 6mm plate built from a mix of stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, meant to spread and hold heat evenly. A grease-disposal hole feeds into a removable tray that can go in the dishwasher, and the backlit control knobs glow red when the valve is on and blue when it is off. Safety valves with thermocouples cut off the gas if the flame goes out.

This model suits backyard cooks who want a large, fixed griddle setup and are comfortable with a built-in installation. Check that it runs on 110V, since a transformer is included, and that natural gas is your fuel; conversion orifices are provided for field changes. If you plan to fit it into a cabinet, the surround needs to be non-combustible or lined with insulation. A lid is also available to cover it when not in use.
