Le Griddle Wee 16" 1800W Built-In / Countertop Electric Griddle - GEE40

Our take on the Wee 16" 1800W Built-In / Countertop Electric Griddle

The Le Griddle Wee GEE40 is a 16-inch electric griddle that can be set into a counter or used freestanding on a countertop. Its cooking surface is 304 stainless steel, sitting over a thick enameled cast iron base that helps spread heat evenly. An 1800-watt element powers the unit, and a removable griddle plate and grease tray make cleanup straightforward, with the tray collecting oil and fat for disposal.

This model suits people who want a compact French-style griddle for cooking with less oil and who have room on a counter or in a built-in setup. Before buying, check that you have a grounded 120-volt outlet, since that is what it requires. If you plan to use it outdoors, confirm you can keep it clear of combustible materials. A stainless steel lid is sold separately, and it needs 24 inches of clearance to open fully.
