Le Griddle Pro Series 40 16-in Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate - OML40P3

Our take on the Pro Series 40 16-in Built-In Natural Gas Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate

This built-in natural gas flat top is a 16-inch griddle with a 3mm cooking plate, built from 304 stainless steel paired with cast iron and aluminum to hold and spread heat across the surface. A grease hole in the plate channels drippings into a removable grease tray that can go in the dishwasher, which keeps cleanup simple. The control knobs light up red when the valve is on and blue when it is off, and the unit includes safety valves with thermocouples that shut off the gas if the flame goes out. A logo projection and halogen lighting add a bit of glow to an outdoor setup.

This model suits someone who wants a dedicated built-in griddle for a backyard kitchen and already has natural gas service. Before buying, check that you have a natural gas connection, since conversion orifices are included but the unit is set up for that fuel type. The plate requires 110V power, and a transformer is included. If you plan to install it in a cabinet, the cabinet must be made of non-combustible material or lined with insulation. The lid is sold separately.
