Le Griddle Pro Series 40 16-in Built-In Propane Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate - OML40P3 LP - OML40P3 LP

Our take on the Pro Series 40 16-in Built-In Propane Flat Top Grill w/ 3mm Plate - OML40P3 LP - OML40P3 LP

This built-in propane flat top from Le Griddle has a 16-inch cooking surface made from triple-plated construction with a 3mm plate, designed to spread and hold heat evenly. The 304 stainless steel body is paired with cast iron and aluminum components. A hole in the plate lets grease drain into a removable tray that is dishwasher-safe, and the backlit control knobs glow red when the valve is on and blue when it is off. Safety valves with thermocouples shut off the gas if the flame goes out accidentally.

This model suits someone looking to build a griddle into an outdoor kitchen and who wants a propane setup. Check that the 16-inch width fits your planned opening, and note that it needs a 110V connection with the transformer included. If you plan to install it in a cabinet, the cabinet must be non-combustible or lined with insulation. Also keep in mind that the lid is sold separately.
